SASKATCHEWAN SLIDESHOW 2
Well, the call of the open (and I mean
OPEN) road hit me once again
and so I found myself in Saskatchewan once again in the summer of 2003.
Will I ever hear that call in the winter? We'll see...
During my stay I spent most of my time in the city -- Regina that is, for the taping of "@ Wood River Hall." You'll see some scenes from around town in this second slideshow. But I did manage to get out to the open spaces for a day, and figured I'd visit the namesake of Connie's song, album and TV show -- The Wood River in Gravelbourg. You'll also see scenes along the river trail, along with a special remix of Connie's song.
As with the first slideshow, it may take a while for the pictures to load for the first time, but once they have all been loaded, the loop will continue at it's regular pace. When you're done with the show, you can continue to the tourism link page and explore possibilities for a great vacation -- winter or summer!
